When you submit a script or project inquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number (phone is optional)
• Your script text or a script file you choose to upload
• Any project details you include (direction, tone, style, pacing, deadline, and similar notes)

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information through this Site — invoicing and payment happen separately, after a project is agreed upon.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your inquiry and provide a custom audition sample and quote
• Communicate with you about an active or prospective project
• Deliver finished audio files and invoices if we move forward with a project together

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-Party Services

We use a small number of third-party services to run this Site and respond to inquiries:

• Mailtrap — delivers the email notification generated when you submit the contact form. Your submitted information passes through Mailtrap's systems as part of sending that email.
• YouTube and Vimeo — some pages embed video examples. Videos are not loaded until you click play; once you do, YouTube or Vimeo may set their own cookies and collect data under their own privacy policies, which we don't control.
• Voices.com — some pages link out to Jason's Voices.com profile for client reviews. That site has its own separate privacy practices.

Cookies

This Site itself does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't run analytics scripts. Some embedded third-party content (like YouTube or Vimeo videos, once played) may set their own cookies as described above.

Data Retention

We keep project inquiries and correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to complete a project, maintain business records, and meet any applicable legal or tax obligations. If you'd like us to delete information you've submitted and we have no ongoing need to retain it, contact us using the information below.
