1. What is the difference between dry voice over and fully produced?
The term "dry" refers to the final audio being voice only.  Fully produced means the final audio will not only have voice over, but also includes music, sound effects, etc. to really complete the production.

2. Can I make a change to the script after production has begun?
Scripts should be finalized before production begins. Once production has started, we will make changes as needed, however there may be additional fees to make corrections.

3. I'm ready to order voice over, what are the steps to the voice over process?
We make the whole process quick and simple. Please see our voice over process page.

4. What forms of payment are do you accept?
Payments may be made by credit card, paypal, google checkout, or check. Please keep in mind, Check and eCheck payments usually take 3-4 business days to clear. Completed voice over will not be released until the funds have cleared. Monthly invoicing is also available for on-going work.

5. What are your rates for voice over and production?
Rates vary by the voice talent selected, length of production, and services provided. Please use the request a quote link to provide additional information regarding your needs, and you'll receive a rate almost immediately.

6. How soon will I receive the voice over?
We understand how important deadlines are, so we've streamlined the voice over hiring process.  Smaller projects are usually completed same day.  Request a custom audition and we'll have a sample, rate quote and estimated turnaround time to you fast.
